Industry Experience That Drives Growth and Success
Stefan Glander is a three-time entrepreneur with a passion for helping contractors succeed. With over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, Stefan has not only built three profitable excavation companies but has also developed a deep understanding of what it takes to run a successful contracting business. His journey began at the age of 16 when he started working summers in construction as a laborer. From there, he climbed the ranks to jobsite foreman, eventually becoming an entrepreneur and founding his own specialty excavation company.
Stefan’s first venture, Dyer All Terrain Excavation, was a specialized excavation company that he co-owned and operated for eight years. The company was eventually sold to a national geostabilization firm, where Stefan stayed on as Director of Operations. During his tenure, he scaled the business from $2 million to $10 million in annual revenue. His second venture, Geotechnical Supply Company, focused on distribution and transmission powerline construction and was affiliated with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW).
After leaving the corporate world, Stefan founded his third excavation company, Delta Dirtwork, which has been profitable from day one. Stefan’s experience across small owner-operator ventures and large-scale corporate enterprises gives him a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities that contractors face. His hands-on experience and deep industry knowledge set him apart from other consultants, enabling him to provide actionable insights that drive real results.
